A: You’ll pick your favorite chain at one of our pop-up events, we’ll custom fit it to your exact size, and then micro-weld it on in just a few seconds. The process is safe, simple, and sparks a little magic without any pain.

A: Chains are made from soft, malleable metals like gold filled and sterling silver, so over time they may stretch with daily wear. Sometimes tugging or pulling can cause them to loosen. To avoid losing your piece, come see us for a complimentary resize before it gets too big. We’ll safely resize it to its original, secure fit. If your chain does break, don’t worry—we include free rewelds and repairs for the life of your chain.

A: Nope! Just stop by any of our pop-up events and we’ll take care of it quickly, at no charge. All rewelds and repairs are first come, first serve and offered exclusively at our pop-up events.

A: Yes! We do offer foreign rewelds for permanent jewelry purchased elsewhere. The cost is $15 if you’d just like the reweld. However, if you make a purchase from us at the same event, we’ll waive the reweld fee as a thank you for supporting our business.

A: Yes, all permanent jewelry and charm bar sales are final since each piece is custom fit and welded just for you.

A: We use high-quality 14k gold filled, sterling silver, and rose gold filled chains. We never use plated metals, so your piece is durable, tarnish-resistant, and made to last with proper care.

A: Sterling silver is tarnish-resistant, but in rare cases it can darken due to higher skin pH levels. This isn’t a defect in the chain and we cannot offer refunds for this natural reaction. We encourage you to be aware of this before choosing sterling silver.

A: Although tarnish-resistant, your jewelry still deserves regular care. Exposure to chemicals, lotions, perfumes, or sunscreen can cause it to look dark or dirty. We recommend cleaning with warm water, a small amount of Dawn dish soap, and a soft toothbrush to keep it looking its best.

A: Our charm bar chains and clasps are 14k gold filled, but the charms themselves are 14k plated. Plated charms aren’t built for everyday or long-term wear, so we strongly encourage treating them as fun, stylish add-ons rather than daily pieces. The good news?
