Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within 1–3 business days.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions (when available) will automatically apply at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delivery Issues
Once your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages

Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout
For delivery concerns, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, please email hello@augustmae.com as soon as possible.
We can only update addresses before your order ships.
International Shipping
If you ship internationally, duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs policies. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
